The 8 Elements GmbH offers companies and managers access to the most effective framework and process of integrated commercial strategy development with its 8 Elements Approach.

 

This approach and its products are designed for those who want - or need - to take their business to the next level and realize that the measures they have been using are no longer working and they need to explore new avenues.

The 8 Elements Approach is made available by 8 Elements GmbH through publications, practical implementation aids, training formats and, in the future, a software product.

The Development of the Approach

 

The “8 Elements Approach to Commercial Strategy Development” has been developed over many years in practice. Numerous B2B companies have been working successfully with this approach ever since and have achieved their goals thanks to its application. In 2019, it was officially introduced to companies for the first time under this name. In June 2021, the book on the approach was published by Springer Gabler Verlag.
